By working closely with local authorities, championing ‘best practice’ systems and processes and investing when and where required, we are able to increase the range and quantity of materials diverted from landfill and achieve the best possible value for our clients
To provide flexible, tailored recycling systems to suit our clients needs.
By listening closely to our clients needs and how they expect to achieve it in a ‘best case’ scenario’, we can offer informed, expert advice and deploy all our expertise to develop new, more effective ways to manage their recycling programme for added value.
To implement sustainable systems for material collections and processing.
In our choice of processes, vehicles, partners and working practices, we are constantly looking for ways to build on our own and our customers’ agendas for sustainability. Every gram of recyclate we divert from landfill makes a difference.
To provide a reliable and efficient service for clients.
As part of our structured service package, we have agreed KPIs against which we assess our performance in regular review meetings with our clients. In addition, we aim to meet and exceed the service levels set out by the industry and legislation.
To price competitively for all recovered materials.
Our aim is always to add value by generating the maximum possible revenue for our clients from their recycled materials. By investing in increasingly efficient source separation and sorting facilities, we generate better quality fibre, newsprint and other recyclates, waste less material and provide guaranteed UK buyers.
